Design with and for Multiple Stakeholders

 

In the course Design with and for Multiple Stakeholders I learned a lot about the basics of business and entrepreneurship. Within this course I was introduced to a lot of tools like the value flow model, the value framework, the value proposition canvas and the swot analysis.

 

The tools and frameworks from the course taught me how to identify and understand the complexity of the system in which a product functions. By using these frameworks I was able to identify and understand this. Also the involvement of the stakeholders within the process was very valuable for me as a designer. It showed me how we can design for a more valuable and successful product when involving all stakeholders. The frameworks helped to identify the value within a product or a system. I learned how to identify value but also how to identify what was missing to find room for improvement.
